What's the best solution to get rid of stubborn dandruff?
I've been using an anti-dandruff shampoo but it's not going away.
Lime juice is supposed to work. After washing hair, rub some lime juice ( of 1 fruit) into the scalp. Leave for a minute or two and then rinse. Lime has a bleaching effect too and some folks love to leave in in a while longer (for a walk in the sun) before rinsing it off an hour later.
Coconut oil once a week. It is an awesome conditioner for the scalp and hair. Massage it into your scalp and hair. Let sit for 10-20 minutes depending on how dry your scalp is. Then wash like normal. Remember though your diet directly impacts your skin. So does your exposure to hot water and sun. So no remedy will fix it 100% if you don't address what is causing it to begin with.
Thank you for the suggestions guys. I'll try these and see if it will work.
