Does anyone knows how to get the wrinkles of your lower back from working out.?
I created wrinkles from working out . I over stretched my muscles. A masseur told me that it is created by injuries when people push you. It is a possibility. Because I got push by another co worker . She trip on the floor mat. And she push my body's back when she was falling.
