Absolutely! Particularly if you are one of us who are well endowed. Figure this, your breast are sitting on your chest, laying on your spine which is supported by your back and they are being held up by putting pressure on your shoulders. If you don't have the right fitting bra with the correct amount of support, you can be adding pressure to any one of those areas which will in turn create pain/spasms/ chronic issues. I have a friend who's issues were so severe that she had a breast reduction and since healing, hasn't had any further complications. Hope that helps!!
