Do you believe doing facial exercise helps in toning skin and prevents sagging?
If yes, please tell me how much time you give for facial exercise everyday and what exercises yo do. Does that also bring glow on your face?
This is a good question and I will be interested to see the answers. I personally believe that we exercise it enough through daily activities. We talk, laugh, smile, all of which help tone it.
However I can see if someone is concerned about it, that doing them wouldn't cause harm.
