I redid my roots after a bad dye job and some of the highlights turned GREY!
I had a bad dye job about 4 months ago. She fixed the white-blonde highlights by toning them after stripping the large peppermint red highlights. Once it was fixed it looked fine, but it was time to do my roots. So I did my roots and everything looks normal except there is GREY now where she had to tone the bright white chunks. Do I need to re-tone or re-dye?
