My favorite recipe site is the foodnetwork.com. The comments and recipe reviews are super helpful.
For restaurant reviews and finding a great restaurant nearby, I can't think of a service that's better than Yelp.
For delivery, I go to grubhub.com, it gives a similar star rating as yelp, but it makes finding delivery and pickup options really nice. There is a grubhub competitor that's bigger on the east coast, but it slips my mind.
I've also had good experiences on chowhound, and of course, I follow food on HubPages.
Also interesting, is sharing cookbooks with friends. The Family Meal, America's Test Kitchen and How to Grill fill specific needs in my cooking life that I love to share with friends.
