First off your graphics are integrated and only appear to be using 256Mb not the amount you've mentioned.
One other thing you can do is fix the swap file size windows uses to something like 1.5Gb thereby reducing processor and windows time resizing it up and down (fix lowest size and max size to same amount).
Next is to reduce half the stuff opening on startup and running in the background so any programs you don't really need or can be run when you need them, take them out of background and reduce RAM used. Nothing can really be done about windows files and their RAM usage but they normally utilize the swap file area when you load a large program leaving the program in real RAM. Unfortunately so many programs are memory hogs and this means running a lean machine. Note also some programs after running seem to leave some memory locked up even though the program is closed. Real only cure is a reboot to clear everything out of memory to regain the empty but locked out portions.
