T-Mobile is now trying to act like they have the fastest network. They have the commercial of the T-Mobile girl riding a motorcycle past the ATT iPhone at insane speeds.
Then you go to their website, and they compare downloading a movie on T-Mobile 4g compared to everyone else's 3g. They put in fine print that they are comparing 4g to 3g, but simply state that T-Mobile downloads movies 3 times faster than Verizon.
Unfortunately, Verizon does have 4g, and it is almost 3 times faster than T-Mobile's 4g.
There is absolutely no reason to try and compare 4g vs 3g speeds across networks, except to purposefully try and mislead people. This is even a stupider move than when ATT sued Verizon for telling the truth about network coverage with their 'there's a map for that' commercials.
