Anybody in the Tampa Bay area know how to install Skimlinks?

    I've been trying to monetize a new blog I'm starting, and although I've done the basic install for Skimlinks, I just can't seem to get it right.  I have emailed them numerous times, but nobody is responding.  I need someone fairly local who can sit down with me and help with this.  Anybody close by know about this stuff?  Iive in Pinellas County.
