What happened to the G+ share buttons? I don't see them on any hubs I've recently read. Have they been done away with now?
. It was behaving buggy to me. Opening full page/ closing tabs etc. Maybe its getting fixed.
Oh, really. Yes, hopefully, it's being repaired.
It was acting up on My phone Idk what if anything it was doing on desktop. Twitter works great. Was plus working for you?
It was but now the G+share button is missing on hubs, however, all other share buttons are still showing.
I wish they had a Linkedin button, they always seemed fast. Function over form.
I'm not sure about Linkedin, as it seems to be a business-related site for professionals, however, I may be incorrect in that assumption. I started to join Linkedin, but then after reading, it seems sort of a place to put one's resume of sorts for the world to see. So, I never finished joining. However, for some reason, I get a lot of requests from people for me to follow them there, when I'm not really on there.
Well, back to the subject of this forum ...the G+ share button is still missing on hubs. Maybe someone, who is in the know, will come on here and inform what is the issue.
Yeah . . . thanks for the heads up. I don't see it. I use a desktop too, so no device usage problems.
Thanks tsmog for confirming it's not just on my end. I guess they'll get around to fixing it at some point.
Well, you don't have to have a G+ account, because all of our hubs have the Twitter, G+, Facebook and Pinterest share buttons regardless. So, if someone who reads your hubs likes what they read and would like to share it to G+ if they happen to have an account, then they can share it, regardless of whether or not you have an account with G+ or the other sites.
That's why it's good to have those share buttons on our hubs, for those who want to share our hubs with others.
I have a google + button on the google search line at the top of my computer, I can't remember how I installed it but I only use that one as opposed to the one we have on our hubs. It means I can share anything else I want to share as well.
Hi Sally,
Yes, I do too, but just wondering why it's missing from our individual hubs. We can go down and copy a link on any particular hub and post it to G+ or anywhere for that matter, as you have indicated.
I'm just curious if there is a reason why it is missing on hubs now.
Funny I did not notice but it is still showing up on our profile page.
Maybe they think it is another one of those dreaded 'links' which Google does not like:)
Yes, still on the profile page but not on any hubs. Maybe I am sharing there too much?
No, it is not on my hubs either, maybe Hubpages have decided not to use it anymore. It is not on the niche sites either.
Thank you, Sally, for letting me know, as I was thinking it is just my computer or something. I know at one time they removed the Pinterest share button as they said it was being misused somehow.
Hmm, that is interesting about it not being on the niche sites too. Maybe they'll send out an e-mail or something.
So, maybe there is some sort of issue like that with the G+ button now.

Linkedin claims to be the world's largest professional network with 400 million connections. Why not make it easy for us to share our work there? Is this possible? BTW, I miss the Google Plus share button, too.

Is anyone else missing all of their share buttons? I can't even share on HP never mind FB or Twitter. I have no share buttons on my page. At first thought it was my iPad, but its my computer too.

Hi there,I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but wanted to mention it.With the rising popularity of Google+ and the upcoming SEO refocus on social sharing and authorship, are Hub Pages considering adding Google+ +1 buttons and counts to hubs? I'm a big Google+ user and share my hubs...

I noticed tonight that the Flipboard share button is missing on all hubs. I checked a few niche sites and they are all missing. It doesn't matter if you're logged in or not. In addition, the problem I reported a few weeks ago with Pinterest banning ToughNickel is still not fixed.

Can I share my own hubs using the H+ button?I would like to share my hubs on hubpages, as I feel that they may be missing the notifications. So, I want to know whether I can share my hubs with my friends just like I share others' hubs. If yes, what is the frequency of sharing?
