Pagination in MS Word: How to paginate starting with page 1 as a few pages in.
I have finished a draft of a book, without page numbers. I have my title page, copyright page, and a couple blank pages at the front, and would like to start the page numbers on the second page of my text, which is actually page 9 of the document.
Hi, this is something that you could do by using Sections in Microsoft Word. Insert 2 sections, one without and one with page numbers, the second section would be where your page numbers are going to start. By adding page numbers while the 2nd section is selected no page numbers will be added to the first.
how can i lock the wireless connection by passwork bcoz some neighbors are using my connection thru wireless so i want to lock the connection by password can u plz tell me by detail
Use section break. With section break you can restart numbering pages on the particular section without linking to other sections. So make sure you don't link one section to previous section. Section Break is under Pagelayout. To unlink section to the previous section, click your footer or header and there will 'link to previous' under Design. I'm talking about word 2007 or 2010
