    Does anyone make money with free blogging software (i.e. Google Blogger)?

    I want to start blogging for money, but I don't know that much about web design and I figured I would use Google's free Blogger to set one or two up and monetize them.

    I want to know if anyone has tried this before, and how successful it has been. I've read that I might have to buy the domain name in order to maximize my moneymaking potential, but I'm still undecided whether I should use free software or paid.

    Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

    I earn about $3 a week on my blogger blog. I only have AdSense on it.

    you definitely can make money using free blogger tools.
    The most common ways are using adsense ads and affiliate links.
    The main key here is getting traffic to your blogs, so do your keyword research first and then use those Moneywords - keywords which will make you money for sure.
