How do I download new software with vista?
I installed vista two days back and now I have to install a new software and don't know how to do it as I'm not aware with the functions of vista.
The best place to download software for vista or any os for that matter is http://www.microsoft.com However when installing new software on your machine you always want to check the system requirements to make sure it is compatible with your operating system. as for updates you can easily go into your start menu and go to the control panel and then under security you choose check for updates and your computer will recieve the updates for microsoft that it needs, aslo when the update window opens it will give you the option of viewing optional updates and the option to install then if you so choose.
