"IT expert" isn't actually a formal job title or description for anyone working in the field of Information Technology.
Like pisean282311 says, IT is huge field with lots of specialist areas.
There's Help Desk Support, IT Technicians, Network Engineers, Security Consultants, Programmers, Systems Analysts, IT Trainers, to name but a few.
All have very different roles and responsibilities, not to mention levels of training and expertise.
