I'll like to add a very good resource for recover office passwords which is an online service, it's www.password-online.com, I've used it twice to recover some lost excel passwords.
They offer proof of recover before any payments.
It's by far the cheapest service I've found, only 10 Euros. And they decrypt also other file formats like zip, rar etc.
