The hard drive on my laptop completely crashed the other day and will not boot up at all. Is there a way to connect to another computer (Desk Top) to retrieve data from the C drive. All my HP backup and research was on this computer. HELP.

How do I save my work, and down load it to disk? And how much does a disk hold? I guess it would be, cds for your computer, I don't know I am all new to this stuff.......lol..Help!!!
