If all networks went down forever we all will adapt to the situation. But for some of as that grew with it, will look for an alternative way.

All banks and economies will follow. We'll adopt sooner or later like ch1ris23 suggests. But it will take some time(at least 3-4 years to adopt and 5-6 more to recover) and millions(if not billions) of people will suffer heavy consequences in the mean time.

Since the economies rely on the existance of the money, and since money creates fictional money when included in the banking system (1 physical dollar becomes 10 in banking system). Lets face it, the term "money" will become so scarce that it'll be almost impossible to get some. Wars will break out to satisfy the raising hunger. Millions of people will die but hey no problem! they were already enslaved by this economic system anyway; it was their duty to provide services while we pay them with money(which is nothing but a piece of paper that we print ourselves)!

We'll adopt for sure, then we'll look back what we've done and call it "survival of the fittest" and sleep like babies again. After all, human rights are for the live human beings right!!!
