Is the hubpage site is programmed to saving article hubs?
Today I experienced two times hubsite has colapsed. I was almost done writing my article hub when suddenly this site has stopped. And I did not able to recover my article draft. What's wrong here? Any opinion, please.
I always do my draft on Microsoft Word first incase that happens, which it does sometimes. It's very frustrating I know. Good luck with your writting my friend. God Bless
Thank you friend now I understand. I would have to write it first on word to make sure I have the copy.
When you write a new hub, there appears on the top bar (black) 3 buttons after the HubPages logo: (1) Preview, (2) Save Unpublished, and (3) Publish.
If you want to save a draft of your article, simply click #2 ==> Save Unpublished. However, I'm not sure if HubPages save our articles automatically. It might therefore be necessary to regularly save unpublished your article to make sure you don't lose any text when you get disconnected.
Although it is best to write an article in our PCs first. But I do write them directly here in HubPages.
Wish you the best.
The others are right; it is a good idea to write in Word first.
I don't, but I do 'save unpublished' after writing each text capsule, which stops the main body of the Hub from vanishing should anything go wrong.

I recently read some reviews on Consumer Affairs, which were absolutely devasting and have got me a little worried. I was wondering if anyone else wrote at similar sites prior to HubPages and why they made the switch, and if they had thought about going back.

At the beginning of February, I had my hub on the Chinese New year removed because, apparently, it had 'unrelated products.' As the only products were made of jade, and as jade is considered extremely lucky in the new year, and I had written about that, the action was either malicious or ignorant....
