    Are we talking about on Wordpress.org or a hosted site of your own?

    For your own site, the easiest way is to log into your wordpress blog.
    Go to Appearance (on left side).
    Install Themes (at the top)
    Find some themes
    Install them
    Choose the theme that you want active

    A theme is the design and adds to the functionality of our website.  A good theme improves the look of a website. I have been using wordpress for my websites. When I faced a problem installing themes I found a good tutorial that helped me. It is a practical guide and through their screenshots one can understand the process better.
