    Regarding the best phone

    the galaxy S 2 is very costly. Comes around  38K in india. Optimus one is around 9800 only.

    That is right. But in that price range also samsung has released galaxy fit with 5MP camera. Will that be better. I dont have a hands on experience with it. I am not sure. In chennai, you can get phones at low price in saravana stores.
