Since formatting is limited when editing a hubpage, the best way to include a table from Word is to save the table in Word as an image and then insert the image in your hubpage.

Hi you could use the table capsule from the right hand side menu when you create a hub. Keep in mind it is very basic table. To get a more colorful table you'd need to use the method detailed by easylearningweb. Screen shot shown below of how to do it in HP:
