I am using Google search far less than before
These days I want to find companies who don't appear in Google because that is something unique i.e something Google cannot help me with. Have you been able to find things without Google?
For medical searches, you can use this site: http://www.gudadvice.com - it was created out of the frustration of not being able to find the right answers on other search engines.
There are other meta search engines to search in other domains..
People are complaining that after Google's Panda update, search results quality has gone down. Anyways, I don't foresee any noticeable change in google's position in the near future.

I thought if a hubpage was listed in Google search it was featured. But apparently that is not the truth. I guess I will keep the hubs up and run my own check on them.
