What camera would you recommend for good internet images?
I have been researching this... but this is just not my expertise. I am looking for a camera in the top $800 range that would produce vivid website images. Any photography aficionados in the HubHouse?
In my opinion .... For website images, I think any camera would do. Because the images loaded on web pages need to be small file size and lower resolution in order for faster loading of the image on the webpage. Even a cell phone camera is able to produce images that are more than high resolution enough for placement on web.
People buy expensive camera's for images in print and in framed arts.
I think it is not about the camera that you are using. But how you are converting in photo editing software. In photoshop there is an option to save for web. It will help you to save at the size you want by reducing clarity. It is very useful for web images. Me also think any camera would do. select above 2MP if possible

Hi Doc, I love photography and hope to purchase a nice camera soon. What do you recommend?I like to take photos of landscapes, flowers, birds, nature in general. I don't want to spend more than $400-500.
