For this I think you have to get some PDF editing software, there are many paid and free available, you can Google it. Foxit is a free one
It depends on how much editing you want to do. The professional versions of Acrobat have several editing tool, including a text touch up tool, great for fixing transposed letters. You are limited to what can be done to one line. If you want to do more extensive editing, the other suggestions already offered would be the best bet.

I would like to be able to convert a hub into a PDF document which would include images. I can do this on my tablet by photographing a recipe for instance and converting the image into a PDF file.
