What is a good break activity to split up your computer work time?I spend many hours in front of a computer and know I should take breaks from time to time, but do not.What break activities are helpful for you?
Short physical activity is nice to break up hours of computer time.Try walking for a few minutes or stretching.
Yoga is also nice.You can find exercise video online that have a short 15-30min routine.Meditation might also be helpful.
