Should I start a blog commenting community?

I have been thinking of starting a community where bloggers can connect with other bloggers and find blogs to comment on and get comments on their blog. I have started on the site but I was just wanting to know if this is something anyone would be interested in.

Hi Rooster306 it's a great idea if you can provide a unique proposition that's not currently provided by communities like bloggers.com or the commentsluv community. Other Syndication Networks like TribePro and Synnd are also alternatives many bloggers use to increase commenting and organic exposure.

Most of these are set up for making blog posts. The difference is that this site is set up to encourage people that know how to give good blog posts to visit your blog post and create real relationships between bloggers not just followers.

Yes, It is a excellent idea. You can directly communicate with different bloggers, can get valuable tips and tricks. Moreover, you can give your blog links. I think everybody would be interested to participate there. Carry on. All the best.

It goes even further then just giving a link. You can provide a description of your latest post, the title, and a link. You can also make a list of friends and communicate with them directly.

The most important question is if you can give your users some good reason to use this service. As a blogger, I can easily find related blogs using Google and comment them. So every visitor of your website will probably ask the question why should he to use your service.

The difference would be that it would be a social site where Bloggers would be able to make friends with other bloggers and create relation ships.

Your question and description is vague, however it sounds like you want to start a social bookmarking network or you have already started something like that.

Social Bookmarking site where social network publishers can add their links, similar to, shetoldme, you say too, xomba and so on.

If you have the know how and can handle the tech part then it is very good idea and you can have your own profitable social network site.
    Happy hubbing and good luck.
