Panasonic has many phones rated from good to bad. Why would a brand have so many bad phones?
Reviews on Amazon show ratings 1 to 5. it seems like most companies are more consistent with products. Consumers can become totally confused This shows poor quality control or maybe the company has a reason known only to them. Any ideas?
When developing any product, a company will make different models to cater for different markets, different market segments (by country, age, intended uses etc.). If we buy a product that is intended for different use or different segment we will be disappointed. For instance an old man like me, without much techie background buying a very sophisticated smart phone may not be able to make use of most of the features loaded to it. AND people who are not satisfied with the product are more like to rate it. So it gets more bad ratings. Example. I use a Nokia 1202 and very much satisfied with it and am not bothered to rate it anywhere.
