Apple vs Samsung, who do you think will come out on top?
As the trial by jury starts today in the counter-claim patents war between Apple and Samsung who do you think will win the ruling and why. Personally I think Apple's anti-competitive business tactics should be thwarted but the outcome will be interesting.
I personally think Apple will win. The comparison between pre-iPhone era and post-iPhone era show that Samsung changed their aesthetic design of their packaging and phone to resemble the iPhone.
