    Will Online advertisers pay more in the future for advertising on sites like HubPages?

    What trends do you see for the online publishing business? Is it here to stay and thrive? Or will it completely change in the next few years?

    I really hope so, but I doubt it. As far as online publishing goes, I think it will grow.

    Like any business, they'll only pay what they have to. But if readership increases, keeping the CPM competetive with other media, they will pay more. They need to see results and ad reps need to convince them of the value of building top of mind awareness with web readers. Online publishing is definitely on the rise. I predict it will continue growing.
