How do I prevent my car GPS from losing the satellite signal?
My GPS keeps losing the signal when I drive through wooded areas. It is a Garmin and does not have an external antenna port. Is there a way to help it get better reception? I have metallic tinting above the front window. Is that perhaps the problem?
I live in a mountainous, heavily wooded area. My GPS is a Garmin, and it is a portable one. I don't have any problems with it.
