To quote the great Weird Al: I know C++ and Klingon! Not to mention HTML and XML.

I have limited knowledge of HTML, CSS, C++ and Basic. I've been trying to expand my knowledge on most of them, but between everything else I have going on I haven't found any extra time for it.

I think CSS is not a programming language, it is just a style sheet language used for describing the presentation semantics (the look and formatting) of a document written in a markup language.

True, CSS is not programming language it  formats and style the webpage. Html is not a programming language because it does not make programs it just displaying web pages and other information.  JavaScript, PHP, C++ are a programming languages..

It's better to know the logic behind the languages and the problem solving skills associated with each than to know where the semicolon goes. I've worked in Java, C++, VB.net, C#, Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and a little in C. They all blur together after a while and you find yourself looking for references on what the keyword is that you need for the language you're currently in.

I have a small familiarity with c, c++, java, python, javascript, node, HTML4 and 5, I am studying lisp and will study prolog. I like java and python the best. They are also the basic languages that google app engine uses. I have played around with c# and Mono, and visual studio but I like app engine the best as a language and distribution platform. Python is good because of its libraries such as networkx, scipy, and matplotlib. This is good for systems modeling and verification. Python is also good for scripting Blender, the open source 3D modeling program.
