How can pins be moved from one board to another on Pinterest?

    How can pins be moved from one board to another on Pinterest?

    My Food and Drink board on Pinterest has tons of recipes (mostly from Hubpages) pinned on it. I want to separate the desserts onto their own Desserts board. Is there a way to easily move pins from one board to another? Thanks!

    Good question!  I wondered the same thing.  I hope we can but have not figured it out.  I wish it was as simple as click and drag . . .

    I am the most unsavvy person with all facets of computers.  However, I have been moving my pins around...Hit edit and change the board name..Maybe I am missing the point.

      JustAskSusan shows how to edit the pin to move it. Were you saying the same thing? I think maybe you have it!

    If you go into edit boards you can move the pin from one board to another by clicking on the drop down menu beside the board under link. I've been meaning to do this myself as my food board is getting so big.

      Thanks, Susan! I just tried doing that with one of the desserts, and it did move it to my Dessert Board! Thanks for the visual, too. I was trying to edit the board rather than the pin. And I think it automatically deleted the pin from the Food board.

    You can always repin it on the board that you want and delete your pn on the board that you don't want it pinned on. Either do it that way or leave it on both boards, in that way you might get more hits.
