    Solar power plant,how they distribute power through grid? is it expensive ?

    In India national solar mission is promoting solar power utilities and investment is being done by private industries.Many provinces has 300/330 sunny days and after installation renewable solar energy is available for free.they feed power to electricity distribution provider, fixed price 25 years power purchase deals have been signed.People are not getting this power at cheap rate or reasonable price.
    India's power transmission losses are around 20/25 per cent due to poor quality equipments . How to reduce transmission losses. Developed nations can guide us.Solar power is clean energy  fine

    There are some super conductors which avoid energy loss during transmission at distances. Some projects are being deployed in Maharashtra now days.

    solar power is distributed on grid like all other forms of power in addition to power transformers inverters are used to convert the DC electrical energy produced to AC electrical energy
