How do I file a DMCA complaint with a site that has not contact info?
I have two copyright infringement issues with websites that have no obvious way of making contact with the "author" in order to give them notice of a DMCA complaint. One is wiki.kolab, the other I've never heard of and already forget.
Can I contact Google or something?
Here is something about filing DMCA complaints from Hub Pages: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/how- … -complaint
Thank you for posting this question as it has solved a problem I have as well. I have several of my hubs copied by one site and have made contact but received no reply. Now I know what I should do next. I hope you can resolve the problems you are having as well.
You can check in whois.com that to whom that domain belongs, this will help you in getting the name of the registered person as well as his email ID. so you can use this email ID to send email. And if you will get response within 10 days of your email sent then using Google webmasters you can file the complaint.
Please, let me know in case of nay other question.
i was ;looking for answers, thanks and i am looking at it now
