Is it a struggle to disconnect your mind from the internet? If so, why?
If the usage of internet is not beneficial or if it's a hindrance for other productive work than disconnecting mind is for sure a struggle. Because I believe that to train a mind for productive things we need to be a warrior against our own selves.
Some days it is a struggle for me to disconnect since I am an information junkie. I always have a my cell phone with me and look up anything that I want my information about.
