Do you remove any cookies from your computer, or do you rely on your spyware protection?
Chrome has a system where you can remove one at a time, but it is a real pain. If you remove all cookies, you will have trouble getting back into websites, especially your bank website. However, you may sometimes have a few troublesome cookies you want out of your sight and your life forever.
Removing cookies regularly, is a good practice as it avoids slowing down of computer speed
