Microsoft visual studio 2010 academic version, using vbasic.
I was using two panels to display in v. out information, and get a response from the user.
I was trying to get the mouse to stay in the relevant panel; even using the built in help to do it, but it still didn't work. I deleted the panels after much trial and error leading nowhere. But when I run the program, they still appear. Not knowing what else to do. I decided to redraw the panels. Only now the error it throws up is:
