What is your take on how we get our beef?
Are you happy on the treatment of cattle?
I live in Texas, and behind me is lots of land with cattle on it. My family typically buys weaned calves, they'll live in the pasture for a while, and when they're large enough to sell to the next person they get sold.
Quite a lot of people do the exact same thing. Yes, I'm happy with the treatment of cattle. National Geographic had a very good article about Texas cattle industry in the last year or so. I feel like National Geographic is a very credible publication. Something like the infamous 'Cowspiracy' being the exact opposite. It's a vegan propaganda flick, and little there is true in any sense.
That's good if you want to make money. Do you buy any beef in the store?
Absolutely. I love beef. I can't prove it, but I bet I've ate more beef than any other meat in my life. Chicken is also pretty prevalent though.
