Now I know that I am still in web page making kindergarten - but I have been all weekend so far trying to get a video installed into a web page. I have tried numerous plug-ins and the best result so far is that FLASH VIDEO GALLERY produces the loading bar with no loading going on, buttons or message.
Before I jump from the balcony does anyone have any suggestions as sto the probably very basic thing I am not doing right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First upload the video to YouTube. Once you've done that, you'll see a Share button below the video. Click that button then go to Embed. You'll see a code for embedding an iframe into your web page. Copy and paste that code on to your web page.
If the iframe code does not work, select the option "Use old Embed Code" in the Embed options on YouTube. Then it should work.
Sorry guys - I should have explained that I cannot access Youtube from here and neither will many of my visitors ! I need to show my own video teaching materials only. The vids are uploaded to the site and I just want to play them.
There are so many ways to find a video on a webpage.Vidmate install provides the best way to all videos is in this app.

What does it mean to "embed" a video? What does it mean to embed a video rather than just copy and paste the link into the video capsule of your hub? Do you also copy the code to embed the video into the video capsule or somewhere else? And what is the difference? Thanks.

When I went to add to a hub of mine with a YouTube video, the Embed code was pasted but when I clicked to preview the video, Nothing Loaded. Why is it not loading? This happened several times in two days. Help, please!

Hey guys,So I've been trying to find away around that elusive issue with "no embedding" issues with You(can't embed this here)Tube. Here's an idea...can we have a page frames capsule? What if we're able to embed a whole YouTube page within a Hub? It will be loading two pages at once,...

I have even tried different YouTube embeds to see if one was wrong or the link bad, but still unable to get anything to work. All it keeps saying is that the URL is not recognized. Is YouTube no longer a viable video format or just messed up?
