Is there a passenger boat service that goes from South or Central America to Australia?
Currently in Costa Rica, wondering if there's an adventurous way to get over to Australia/New Zealand/Asia rather than flying.
If you are anywhere near Puntarenas on the Pacific Coast, you might want to try going into the Yacht Club there. Lots of people stop in there who are sailing to other countries. Also, at the Panama Canal you could try volunteering as line handlers to get know amongst the yachties and see if you can find someone heading west.
