For me it's Penang in Malaysia. It's one of the fewest places I've traveled to often and never really came across rude people.
Buenos Aires Argentina ,also South France Awesome friendly people!!!
I am not quite sure of a particular city , but i do know that Canada is the friendiest country on the planet. Canadians are just kind people! If you walk anywhere in Canada you would notice people smiling at you and saying hello.Canada is a peaceful country.
For me, the most friendliest city in the world is Venice, in Italy.
Canada I would say would be the most friendliest country, but I am unknown of what city would be...I know Toronto is for sure out of the question!!
Singapore. I have a friend who visited there, and she said everyone was so extremely polite!
P.S. I know it's a country, but she said it's more like a large city.
Netherlands, Holland they are not an english speaking country but, most of them can speak and understand english.... i love the tulips
I can't decide. I always feel that my sample size is too small for me to make a judgement.
There will always be friendly and unfriendly people everywhere you go!
There isn't any city like that, only heart is the place that feels good or bad. if your heart is good then definitely you will see the goodness in everyone and everyone will be your friend but if your heart feels bad to understand other's feelings then it's difficult to make friend wherever you may be in the world.
