I believe that if you try to dodge the draft in America, you can go live in Canada without being expedited back to America.
The people. Every time I am in Canada, I am always impressed with how nice and considerate the people are there.

A lot of companies who don't want to get into trouble for legal reasons go to Canada. It is a safe haven for questionable businessmen.
The people are really nice and the life is human. Then, nature is great. I will definitely have moved there if it was not for the cold... which doesn't mean that in the future... for a good job and pay.
