Looking for tips on cheap flights? How to get over common air travel nuisances or need help dealing with a nightmare in the air? Let's hear them, and I'll do my best to answer. If I don't have the answer, one of our travel community members must.
The airlines are consolidating passengers into aircraft by shrinking seat depth, moving them closer together and putting more rows of seats in. I find Delta and Jetblue tend to have decent room. Bring only small bags into the seat with you.

In the foreseeable future, do you think we'll see regulations on minimum seat dimensions for airlines? At some point isn't the flying public going to rebel against being packed in like sardines? And do you think forcing people to carry on so much luggage has to reach a tipping point soon on boarding delays and limited space?
The most important thing when travelling to another country with the whole new culture and language is to book everything in advance. Even the airport transfer. I always use http://kiwitaxi.com service for such a purpose, and it works totally great.

I was travelling recently and I was surprised at all the crap that people travel with. People had huge bags, pillows, tablets, food, etc. Then it takes so long for them to put their stuff away. When did flying become so high maintenance?
