      I dont know where you are from but if this is all you have to say you must not be to serious. You can want and there is nothing wrong with that but that is not all you need do to advance, son.  Think about what I've said. Then believe that is what you want and the by gosh start doing something about it. Nothing ever comes to a sleeper but a dream.
