You can make some extra money online

Updated on July 1, 2011

Make some money with a bit of effort!

Recently I have tried a few ways to start earning some extra money online and wanted to share a few of them that can work out for you. I'm not promising this is for everyone or that you are going to start earning big $ but here are some of the sites I have found so far that I like and best of all they're free :)

Red Gage

I have just joined Redgage 1 week ago and am finding I am having fun being there. I have already earned $30.50 but I was lucky enough to make $5.10 from a featured photo and win the $25 daily prize.
All you have to do is upload your content. I'm a photographer so mainly I upload my photos but I have also shared my Squidoo pages and you can even share your blog on there as well. This site pays you money for uploading, although you need to put a bit of effort its really not much. The key is to browse and comment on other peoples work and be active in the community, it's really easy.
In Redgage's words they describe themselves as a website that pays you for your content and monetizes your social activity. So the more you participate the more you will earn.
Just click the Redgage visa card on the right to be taken to my Redgage profile. If you decide to sign up and would like to use me as a referal my username is BabyCheetah. I would appreciate it :)

She Told Me

She Told Me is a great site where you can submit links, it's like a social bookarking site. If there is something you would like to share you post the link and a short description about it, minimum 200 words.
Now you are probably wondering how you make money through She Told Me. Well if you have a Google Adsense account then it can be linked up and you make 100% of the profit!
I myself have only just joined and posted my first article so I will update when I start making money. I have heard others have been successful though.

Google Adsense

Google adsense which is obviously run by Google is a program that allows you to display their ads on your pages. When someone clicks on a link, you get money. The best thing about adsense is that it's free to sign up!
I have put google adsense on my blog and use it with She Told Me. So far have had a few clicks and think it's well worth looking into to get you started with making a little extra money.
