What are some reasonable goals of for new hubbers?

I have only been on HubPages for a couple weeks and active of only the later part getting my account setup and learning the system.  As a new member what to the veterns recommend for goals or targets?  I am thinking about X hubs in X days, X% traffic growth in X weeks, reach 1000 page views in Y months, reach 10000 page views by Z, etc.

I know things like traffic growth takes time and content but starting with a reasonable goal in mind is more likely to keep me focused so I'm trying to understand what is reasonable.

    Thanks!

I not a veteran by any means having only been writing for 9 months on HP's but the goals I set for myself were 10,000 page views by my 50th hub article. To have 100 hub articles by the end of a year and to make sure all of my Hubs were over 100 PV's.

I'm currently sitting at 87 Hub articles, I reached 10,000 PV's on my 53rd Hub article however I'm now over 24,000 page views. Of those 87 only nine are below 100 PV's.

Of the nine stinker's all but one are over 85 PV's and six are over 95 so they will get there soon. Learn about RSS feeds, follow advice and READ the Help pages, use back links on all hubs.

Try to write a master piece every time but settle for progress and try to have some fun, stay positive!

It has been an awesome experience for me!

I'd like to add that often times I take my writing far too seriously and probable myself too, after all it is only one persons opinion and in the big scheme of things means very little.

Try to do the 30 hubs/30 days challenge. It is a great way to get yourself started. Especially if you write 3-4 hubs around a topic because then you can link them together increasing your rank with google and your page views. (I never really paid much attention to the other stuff. I just try to write hubs about things I enjoy and see what happens.)
