   Keep up your hubbing activities, read a great deal of hubs, and keep commenting on them as insightful as you can, continue to participate here a great deal in the Q&A area, and in forums if at all possible. Try to answer questions by generating entire hubs in connection to them.
   
   This all equates to hubtivity, and more ways for people to find your thoughts on things as a hubber in the hubpages community, and it will help them to choose whether they would like to begin reading your hubs.
   
   You can also begin writing about fellow hubbers hubs you found that motivated you, was inspiring to you, or entertaining enough that you feel it needs to get known by others, write hub love hubs that help to spread the hub love, which means it can help great hubbers get even more love then their already getting, it helps in paying it forward for people here.
   
   You can also join social networking groups on facebook, & google plus where hubbers share with one another.
   
   This cycle will help you attract more viewers to your hubs for sure, and be sure to focus on being real when doing so, by truly getting into the hubbers hubprofile, ask them good questions in the comment area if you need to get to know them more better, and this will help you to make more friends, as opposed to just hubbing without knowing folks here much.    Okay after reading the previous answer I may be doing it wrong! To me consistant viewers come from outside of hubpages while occasional traffic is generated from within hubpages. Consistant traffic for me comes from google. The hubbers who view my hubs are less than my google traffic. To get consistant google traffic you need to write about topics that will always be searched for. It's okay to put out a few that are not "evergreen", but the majority should be "evergreen". Make sure they are tagged with the correct keywords which you can get from Google adwords. Make sure you share your hubs on a few social networking sites. Personally Hubpages only generates me traffic on debate type hubs not fact based hubs which is what most googlers are looking for.

   I have to agree with Peeples that consistent views come from outside Hubpages. When you publish a new hub you get a burst of traffic from within Hubpages but as soon as the hub gets lost in the pool then it depends of outside traffic.
   
   If you want to get those outside views the first thing you must make sure of is that your hub is formatted for the search engines to send traffic your way and that includes title that is searchable and not too long, max 65 character, no one word titles (use keywords if necessary). Your tags must be relevant and not too many as search engines usually pick up the first 15 or so. Your content must be relevant to your title and tags as well. No less than 500 words. Keep improving your hubs and your traffic will improve.
   
   Sharing and marketing your hubs are secondary to writing quality material and proper formatting. I occasionally share on FB and Twitter. I don't market (I did about a year ago and found it tedious and non effective). 90% of my entire traffic comes from Search engines.

   Ok. Cloud explorer is correct in his methods for internal hubpage views but you need to have your hubs noticed by google to get external views which tend to be more consistent in the long run. Write hubs that are in demand, provide honest back links to get your hubs noticed by people interested in your niche and be sure to have both google and bing crawl your page. By following these steps I manage to consistently receive a few hundred views a day just from google not counting what I receive from social networks and hubpages.
