How do you position photos on your hub?

This may sound silly, but how do you guys position your photos on your hubs? When I upload photos, they always post on the right of my hubs in a single file. I don't see an option to position them in the center, bottom etc. I've tried dragging them and that doesn't work either. Thank you for all your help

If you mean positioning them at the right, but in the center or bottom of a text capsule, it can't be done. When multiple photo capsules within a text capsule are aligned to the right, they will always be placed one after the other in the single file you mentioned. But there is a way to make it look like it's centered or at the bottom of your text capsule.

Let's say you have a text capsule you titled "Positioning photo capsules" and you have three paragraphs in that section. You want your photo to be next to the second paragraph and can't do it with a single text capsule. Create a text capsule for your title and the first paragraph and one for the second and third paragraph (without a title). Now when you place your photo capsule to the right of that second text capsule, it will be next to your second paragraph. If you want the photo next to the third paragraph, place that paragraph in it's own text capsule (without a title) and place the photo capsule to the right of that text capsule.

If you do either of those and you preview your hub, the picture should appear as if it's in the center or bottom of a single text capsule.

Hub Pages allow you to put your pictures flush right or all the way across the width of the hub. There are no Hub authorized alternatives. I wrote a Hub many months ago, explaining how you could create a picture in PowerPoint. In this case you would put picture in a box and put it on the left side. You could then add some copy on the right side of the picture. Powerpoint will let you save that grouping as a picture. When you  insert a photo, use the full width and insert the photo and text you have created. There are a lot of other things you can do with technique such as putting a picture on each side with copy in the Middle. Here is the link to my Hub about this subject.

Great suggestion. I don't see your link posted (on my cell phone) but I will click your name and try and find it. I thank you for your reply
