What percentage of your "Followers" do you estimate actually read a Hub of yours from time to time?

It hard to tell, but from the view monitor , I will say about 10 .. followers however, as soon as I  get an alert from Hubpages, I often reply as time permits

I have 384 "followers" last time I checked.  I wonder how many of those 384 are even still active on this site.

Going by the view #'s on my last couple of recent Hubs, I'd say I'm probably lucky if 10 percent of them actually bother to read my stuff.

Your score indicates that you have had some strong Hubs which should not be a "bother" to read.  That takes effort and actual interest from those who signed up to "follow" your Hubs. Readership will vary as your topics vary from their interests.

About 6% of my followers actually comment on a regular basis. I don't know how many read without commenting.

6% commenting is a strong percentage based on my personal experience.  So many think that by "following" someone else they will make money, bu that only happens (if it does happen) when you actually routinely read some of their latest offerings.

About 10 percent. But that's not a bad number you know. All great things started small so i don't think that's a bad thing. Just keep writing and the followers will take care of themselves.

I notice that your 10% equates to 2 who do actually read one of your Hubs "from time to time."  If 10% of my declared "Followers" read mine from time to time, I'd be surprised, but happy.

On an average yes, but its not the same ones so ya eventually we will all get more followers and hopefully more readers too.

less than 2%, i have 120 hubs but 140 views, 1 view per hub, so low

I think it depends upon the title and the first picture you put in the hub. If i see a interesting title with a great picture accompanying it, i definitely click on it and read through first few lines, if i find it up to my taste then i read it completely and also even leave a comment.

Accepting that your answer is about how often you read Hubs of Hubbers YOU follow, the question remains as to what percentage of your Followers do you believe read your Hubs from time to time?
