Fluctuation in Hub score?
I've already read the "help" section on this, so additional advice would be great. All of my hubs are raising in score points, I've been active in the Answers section with most of my answers getting + points added. I've been posting positve feed back to other hubbers hubs, and I've been more active in the forums. So why then has my hub score dropped 2 points from yesterday? not hub karma - hub score.
How is the traffic that is coming to your hubs? Traffic is an important factor too as well as the time people spend on your hubs and if the content of your hubs is mostly commercial.
even i do the same as u do and even i've noticed the same regarding my hub score.but traffic and back links play important role..
check these and see
Traffic seems to be about the same as my "average" day.
I do have most of my hubs set as "commercial". I've got traffic coming in from yahoo and google, not just fellow hubbers.
Good stuff - thanks for your share houseaz. I'll have to work on getting more traffic in.
Changing your title could be responsible for this. I lost 3 points on a hub i published today just by changing the title.
Wouldn't know if that's the case with you also.
Scores go up, score go down. That's just how the site works, and you will find no rhyme or reason if you try and correlate actions you take to score changes because the scoring algorithms and timing of changes have been designed to prevent you from doing so.
It's very hard to pinpoint. I used to be concerned with scoring fluctuations but I sort of ignore them now. I bounce up or down two or three points every week for no apparent reason. As long as you keep turning out good content your scores are going to reflect your efforts. To me, content is everything so I try to post a little of everything from the serious to the ridiculous. I seem to fare far better with the ridiculous. I see you're at 90 and that's very, very good. I usually hang between 89 and 93. Maybe some day I'll hit that magic 100 but I've given up TRYING to get there. I just do what I do and try to make it the best I can.

My hub scores range from 65 to 87 as of the last time I looked. My average is 73. To me it seems like I have a "C" average. I'm disappointed and discouraged. I am doing everything that is recommend to get a good score. It is disheartening not to get a feedback. For...

It is advantageous to delete one's own low scoring hubs that have little traffic. I figure getting rid of the low score would increase the average of the rest of one's hubs. What do you think?

I've been on here for a few years, and I guess I never really understood the point of these scores. They don't seem to provide any real value to the user and I can't convince myself that they add value because they fluctuate so much. What's the point? Am I supposed to use these scores to tell me...

Hi--me again.. I was reading that there is a 'nofollow' generated on hubs with scores of 50 or under, so I've un-published all of mine that were down in that range. The result is that my total hub count is now way down, so that instead of 10 more hubs to 100, I've now got to...

For a good number of weeks my hubber score has hovered around the 100 mark. Two days ago it started falling, and as I write this, it is down to 89! If this keeps up, it will be 0 in a week! No rhyme or reason to it, but it leaves me wondering why this is happening. I know...

I was just shocked to see that my current highest scoring hub with a hubscore of 91 is no longer featured! PD Sorry about the typo in the title which I just noticed! That is what happens when you have a keyboard with all the letters missing and worn away!
